Health and Wellbeing Qualifications We Are Approved to Deliver 

TQ UK Level 1 Certificate in Well-being Awareness (RQF)  The TQUK Level 1 Certificate in Well-Being (RQF) is regulated by Ofqual.  The qualification develops learners' knowledge and understanding of well-being issues and the impact they can have. It develops and recognises learners’ personal knowledge to encourage healthy lifestyle choices. 

Qualification Structure  Learners must achieve a minimum of 13 credits from 10 optional units. 

Qualification Duration  The Guided Learning Hours for this qualification is 103 hours, made up from all contact time, guidance or supervision of a learner by a lecturer, supervisor, tutor, trainer or other appropriate provider of education or training. Learners are expected to study and complete aspects of their assessment portfolio in their own time which is expected to be approximately 27 hours over the cycle of the programme.  This equates to a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 130 hours. 

Grading and Assessment  The qualification is assessed by internally set and marked assessments subject to external quality assurance. All learning outcomes which assess knowledge and understanding may be assessed through, for example, internally set and marked written assignments, tasks, records of oral or written questions, work books or other portfolio evidence.  All learning outcomes must be met to achieve a pass - there is no grading.  Download the Full Qualification Summary Below

TQ UK Level 3 Award in Developing Emotional Awareness and Resilience in the Workplace (RQF)  The TQUK Level 3 Award in Developing Emotional Awareness and Resilience in the Workplace (RQF) is regulated by Qfqual.  The qualification is designed for individuals in a workplace environment to provide a benefit to learners by providing skills, knowledge and understanding required to enable social emotional development awareness and resilience in a workplace setting. 

Qualification Structure  Learners must achieve 6 credits from 2 mandatory units. 

Qualification Duration  The Guided Learning Hours for this qualification is 17 hours, made up from all contact time, guidance or supervision of a learner by a lecturer, supervisor, tutor, trainer or other appropriate provider of education or training. Learners are expected to study and complete aspects of their assessment portfolio in their own time which is expected to be approximately 45 hours over the cycle of the programme.  This equates to a Total Qualification Time (TQT) of 62 hours. 

Grading and Assessment  The qualification is assessed by internally set and marked assessments subject to external quality assurance. Where indicated in the unit specifications, assessment must meet the requirements of the identified assessment strategy/principles.  All learning outcomes which assess knowledge and understanding may be assessed through, for example, internally set and marked written assignments, tasks, records of oral or written questions, work books or other portfolio evidence. Achievement of the qualification includes demonstration of practical skills and confirmation of workplace competence. Portfolio evidence must include observation of learner performance in real work situations  All learning outcomes must be met to achieve a pass - there is no grading.  Download the Full Qualification Summary Below
